I have to "RUN" began as one U.S. "Veteran" helping another. From there, I Have to "RUN" has become a vehicle for helping others "Achieve Wellness Through Movement". Through the use of National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) periodized training concepts; and leveraging over 30 years of Fitness instruction, our evidenced based programmatic approach to Personal, Group, and Corporate fitness training produces goal oriented results that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, and Maintainable.
