PERSONAL TRAINING
Utilization of an evidenced based approach to fitness training is applied during the periods of Physical Assessment, Program Design, and Program Implementation, to ensure that each program is specific to the needs and goals of each individual. Periodic assessments are conducted to evaluate each stage of the training process. Based on these findings, adjustments are made in a timely manner which can greatly increase clients overall success.
